gave a talk on internationalization. He talked about user interface, coding,
and other issues, including tools that aid in internationalization. The

Anthropology and human factors in the corporate setting Pennie gave a talk on how the anthropological perspective can contribute to the overall objectives of human factors work. She discussed examples from her own work at Advanced Technologies to compare the human factors approach with her anthropological set of questions and concerns.
